Ms. Hamilton serves "Of Counsel" to Capitol Law Group, focusing on domestic and international securities, corporate, and general business law.

Prior to joining Capitol Law Group, Ms. Hamilton founded and continues to serves as the principal of Hamilton & Associates, PA, where she has more than a twenty year track record of notable engagements including: drafting numerous registration statements and private offering documents for securities offerings across a broad spectrum of issuer types for offerings up to $300 million in size, serving as independent consultant to the US Securities & Exchange Commission, and conducting forensic investigations in class action litigation, governmental investigations and private securities litigation matters.  Ms. Hamilton has published numerous articles related to securities and capital markets developments during her career.

Ms. Hamilton is admitted to practice in the State of Florida, admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, the Florida State Bar,  the American Bar Association, the International Law Committee of the American Bar Association, the Business Law Committee of the American Bar Association, the Palm Beach County Bar Association and the International Bar Association.

Ms. Hamilton attended the University of Arkansas and the University of Miami School of Law, and she remains active in many civic associations.
