Mr. Kruckenberg is an experienced litigator specializing in the unique challenges facing heavily-regulated industries. He routinely defends clients facing examinations, formal investigations and civil and criminal enforcement actions brought by regulators such as FINRA, the SEC and U.S. Attorneys. He is also well-versed in business disputes, particularly those involving securities transactions.

While Mr. Kruckenberg takes a proactive approach to regulatory matters--engaging regulators directly and actively counseling clients on compliance matters--he is also unafraid of going to court. Mr. Kruckenberg has led bet-the-company litigation across the country, and successfully defended clients before juries in multiple federal courts. He is also an experienced appellate attorney, having argued more than a dozen times before panels of the United States Courts of Appeals.

Mr. Kruckenberg is a member of the bars of New York, Pennsylvania and Washington D.C., the Second, Third, Fifth, Tenth and Eleventh Circuit Courts of Appeals, numerous federal district courts, and has appeared pro hac vice more times than he can count.
